I am looking for a quality ranch (1,200 acres or more) for a small family. I am only interested in a year around -long term lease that can be managed. I have nice feeders (corn and protein) and stands, and will feed year around. Having water and electricity would be nice. I could also be interested in an "opening" on an existing lease.

I just took over a smaller lease about 1400 acres in Childress area and have 3 guys but need a 3rd. Email me billy@dcatticinsulation.com if you are interested in details. $3,500.00 year round with a camp house water and electricity. Billy
