Anyone know anything about these? Its a 5.56 AK pistol. Received a trade offer for one and I know nothing. Comes with a magpul grip, Troy rail, Tromix??? knob, Tapco trigger????, and a sig brace. Any input would be appreciated. I have an Aimpoint H1 with Larue mount that I would be giving. I have a trade value of $600 set on it.

Here's one at Impact Guns for $539.00 PAP M85 Aftermarket stuff will bump it up a bit.

Yes that's legal. I'd say that's a good trade if straight across trade.

If the barrel is under 16", it's not legal with the stock.
If the flash-hider is permanent, cannot be removed or unscrewed, you can count it in the 16".

The only thing that makes me question the sig brace is the folding mechanism.

Oh I didn't see the folding mechanism. Not too sure on that. If it didn't fold it would be legal.

Looks perfectly legal to me. Course I'm not an ATF agent so don't take my word for it. Folding sig brace shouldn't make a difference.
It is far more important to be able to hit the target than it is to haggle over who makes a weapon or who pulls a trigger.

The sig brace is not considered a stock by the ATF, so my guess, and it's purely a guess, is that it being on a folding mechanism would not suddenly make it a stock, so you should be good.

Ask the ATF. Get it in writing. It's better than the consequences. Ill do better than that lol. If there is any question from you guys (and myself) I just won't trade for it. Seems to be the best course even though I was really wanting that gun. Oh well.
